Dwarves have better Mace specialization, but no Sword specialization, and Stoneform, an ability that removes a variety of debuffs and provides a temporary armor buff. Finally, Draenei get a passive hit buff and Gift of the Naaru, a powerful instant HoT how that scales with spellpower or attack power. Overall, human comes out best here!

Second, let's discuss tanking. Almost ironically, the powerful human racials are mostly useless for tanking.
